Great packaging, about to begin the healing
I really believe in this tea and I don’t know why I waited this long to start taking it for the 2nd time. I started taking this tea in May 2022. After a month, I got my period for the 1st time in months. Took it for 3 months and then my period stopped. I didn’t think of anything till I took a pregnancy test. I was pregnant and I wasn’t even trying. I couldn’t believe it! But I lost the pregnancy after 6 weeks. You feel the change in your body. It works! Hopeful that it will work this time too!
I’m 23 years old and I took the Depo shot in 2021 I did it consecutively three times so that is a nine month period and I decided to stop the shot & I never had a period for 2 years ever since. And it was fun, not having a period for a while then I began to get worried. DID NOT want to go with a Western pharmaceutical drug. The doctors wanted to give me to bring my period back so I researched herbs to help bring my period back . I bought these herbs in April and my period was back the next month in May !!!! PCOS Detox
Getting on this journey of healing myself holistically, has definitely been a very long process. Not only do I suffer with PCOS but I also suffer with thyroid dysfunction, which has also caused me to have 2 autoimmune diseases. Over the years, I have suffered with irregular periods, heavy bleeding, spotting in between periods, not ovulating and high testosterone levels.
I made the decision to get on this journey out of frustration from doctors treating my health as a one size fit all situation. This journey has definitely taught me to advocate for myself because being on thyroid medications and not being able to conceive on my own, isn’t what I want for my life. I made the decision 8 months ago to be more conscious of what I put into my body, illuminating meats, dairy products, limiting processed foods but still consuming fish and seafood occasionally.
After months of hesitation, I am so happy I decided to give Ancient Healing Teas and their PCOS Detox a try. I have switched up my diet to only consuming fruits, veggies and greens while consuming the teas. I am only on week 2 and definitely see a major difference in my energy levels so far. I have a lot more energy throughout the day. I definitely plan to consume the teas for at least 3 months, so I will continue to give updates on my results with each purchase, for anyone who may have doubts or hesitations like I did.
Also wanted to mention that the teas I have tried so far taste great. I was nervous that I would have to chug them down but I actually got to sip and enjoy.

After 4 months of trying AHT products, I was able to conceive naturally!! I am pregnant!! I never thought this would be possible with PCOS and hypothyroidism. Along with the PCOS detox, I tried their Purple Royal Moss and the Devine Flow Bundle. I used the Gongolili (gentle womb cleanser) from the DFB daily and used the Yarrow Tincture as needed during my cycle.
