We’ll, it may not taste the best but it damn sure works !!!! My blood pressure has gone down within the 2 wks I’ve been taking it. I’m curious to see what my A1C results will look like but I have no doubt those numbers will change for the better. I feel like there are a lot of foods I can’t eat because my stomach just doesn’t allow it so I’m forced to really watch what I take in, this is a good thing!! Will definitely be getting another bottle. AGAIN……the taste is awful but the results surpass the taste.
